Tube Tech manufactures and supplies internally grooved Condenser Fin Tubes or Micro Fin Tubes. Grooved coils facilitate more efficient heat transfer than smooth coils. We manufacture these Condenser Fin Tubes with integral helical fins on the outside surface of the tube which increase the condensing heat transfer coefficient.
With Micro Groove technology, heat transfer is enhanced by grooving the inside surface of the tube. This increases the surface to volume ratio, mixes the refrigerant, and homogenizes refrigerant temperatures across the tube. These Condenser Finned Tubes / Micro Finned Tubes manufactured by Tube Tech are ideally suitable for the demanding condensing applications.
Condenser Fin Tubes / Micro Fin Tubes are fabricated in alloy C 12200 to meet the chemical, mechanical and other test parameters of ASTM B 75 / B 359 and in alloy 70600 to meet the chemical, mechanical and other test parameters of ASTM B 111 / B 359. BS EN, JIS and DIN standards are also available on request.
